Anytime we are sleep deprived, isolated, or adapting to a new life-season, we find ourselves susceptible to a funk. But the funny thing is, it’s usually not the big things that get us in our out of these stages . . . it’s the teeniest tiniest changes.
Sometimes just a mindset shift!
As a married couple, Elisha and I have gotten pretty good at feeling the winds of a funk blowing in before they happen, and we can implement some “funk prevention” tactics.
Today we’re sharing a few practical changes we are both making (we’ll fill you in on how it goes next week), verses that renew our minds, and a lot of chatting because we’ve been cooped up in our house for a week and it feels good to have a conversation with you all . . . even if we have to wait a couple days for you to message or comment back.

Hopefully something here encourages you if you find yourself heading for a funk, in a funk, or preparing for a funk alert.
